Our driver Robert (Bobby) was beyond AMAZING! We had hired Royal to take us from their location in Allenstown to Citizen’s Opera House in Boston and back. We left our house in the North Country on time to meet Robert at the Royal office at the agreed upon time. However, we were significantly delayed by early & unexpected gridlock leaf peeper traffic (it was NOT Columbus Day weekend). Had we stuck to the original meeting plan we would not have made the show (Wicked…a show my husband has wanted to see for 20 yrs and we FINALLY had tickets!). Only because Robert (Bobby) was so amazing and was able to pivot on the meeting location…moved the meeting location to the concord bus station and Robert secured us a parking spot in a very full parking lot which allowed us to make a quick transition to the Royal vehicle. Additionally, because he knows Boston like the back of his hand, he got us there safely & in a very stress-free way. We even had 15 mins to spare! On the way out of town, he met us on the sidewalk by the Opera House and walked us to the Royal car less than a block away. The car was parked in a location & direction for expeditious exit out of Boston. We were back at the bus station in no time. It was SO worth hiring Royal & grateful Bobby was our driver! Bobby communicated effectively and kept us up to date at all times. It was such a positive experience and SO stressFREE! We HIGHLY recommend Royal and especially Bobby!
